Donnie's was sent to us by our home warranty company. We specifically asked them could they handle the job they were called for as we believed it was outside the scoop of their business. We were assured they were prepared and could handle the job. WRONG! In addition they lied and filed with our home warranty company for work they did not do. To make matters worse they never called to say they were not coming back to complete the job they had started and had been paid for. I am currently disputing their claim. Please beeare of this scam business!!!

My home warranty company assigned them to fix our well pump. It was an emergency since we had no water! I called them and the lady in the office was so nice! She called her guys and they came out that same day! My husband said the guys who came out were very professional and courteous. They fixed our problem fast and our water pressure is better that ever! My husband has their card and we will definitely call them again if we need anything. Thank you Donnie's! You guys are great!
Goes above and beyond. Honest about repair and explained the source of the problem. They were busy, but I expected that. They still showed up, got it fixed, and went on to the next call. I'll definitely keep their number in case I ever have a plumbing, HVAC or electric problem down the road.
