My mom was thrilled with her flowers. You always do such an amazing job, and your online process makes it easy...especially because I live out of state.
I Ordered my mother a Birthday Deluxe Arrangement on line at 10:00 AM for same day delivery- 18 miles away-- When they had not shown by 2:00 PM I called to check and "Linda" knew nothing of the order-- then said--"oh look there it is hung in the printer--- Glad you called I would have never seen it-- I'll have it ready in about 20 mins". So at 3:30 PM they still had not been delivered I called again and -- again Linda answered the phone-- this time telling me her driver would be there in about 10 mins- -- So I waited 20 mins called to she if her delivery driver had shown and was told no he had not made it in from "Dallas"-- really-- Dallas I said to Clarksville-- Now she gets hateful and tells me not to worry she has someone there this morning but doesnt have anyone there right now but had to have someone come in to deliver the order because the order had hung in the printer and that my flowers would be delivered before 5 PM- and then begun to tell me where my flowers were being delivered... Really--- I told her where the house was... Linda was RUDE-- I ordered the DELUXE flowers and they were still in the size of a soup bowl---- I would hate to see the size of a regular size order would they have been in a tea cup? I will not use them again EVER- Linda showed now regard that the order sat on the printer for 4 hours then sat prepared for 2 hours and wanted to blame me the "customer" for calling to check on the order. She was worse than hateful- She was rude and snotty- I wanted something Deluxe that's what I choose but I guess in small town Clarksville that is Deluxe- Very Disappointed in not only the size of the arrangement of the flowers-- but in the treatment of Linda, she seemed to forget I was the customer and I was the one who paid for the flowers!
I give this place 5 stars! They make the most beautiful arrangements and really care about their customers. They go above and beyond your expectations. I strongly recommend this florist.
