"Will tell customer Everybody make mistakes" ... No mam not with other people credit or money. What so bad about it lied and said they credit my account before I corrected them. No mam that fraud. Two rose and two balloons suppose been $18.40 after phone conversation charge me $23.xx of additional charge . Then keep hanging up on me and trying make it like it my fault. No mam it was your employee. What so bad about it after someone pick it up there was an opportunity to inform me of the problem and to be honest. Always check your account daily to avoid fraud.
Do not use credit card with them they will cheat you out your money. It take days to get it back...
